State Of NY Motor Vehicle, Diesel & Motorcycle Inspections

Each vehicle registered in New York State must be inspected at least every 12 months, before the expiration date of the current inspection sticker expires.

Come to Mineola Auto Service Center for your New York State vehicle safety, Motorcycle and Diesel inspections. As you may know the program helps make sure every vehicle registered in this state meets the minimum standards for safe operation on public streets and highways. In addition, most vehicles are subject to an emissions inspection to help reduce air pollution.

All vehicles registered in New York State must get a safety inspection and an emissions inspection every 12 months. Both inspections are done at the same time by a certified Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) inspector at privately-owned inspection stations licensed by the DMV. Mineola Auto Service Center is certified to not only do inspections for motor vehicles, but for motorcycles and diesel vehicles too.
